Global Treats Inc. guarantee that all products we sell are of the highest quality and hope every customer will be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable. If you need to return a product for any reason purchased through Global Treats Inc. within 14 days we offer the following return/exchange policy:
Unopened products that have been purchased through Global Treats Inc. can be exchanged for other Global Treats products at the full product value. We do not provide cash refunds or charge card credits for products returned. If you received a product that was damaged in transit, we will accept the return of the damaged product and will ship a replacement of the same product to you. All merchandise being returned needs a return authorization number. To obtain a “Return Authorization Number” please e-mail us at info@globaltreats.ca. Or call us at 519-740-6964. If a product is returned without a Return Authorization Number, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with out being opened.
Refused Shipments- If a shipment is refused or fails to be accepted for any reason, there will be a 25% restocking fee plus actual freight charges incurred. |
